PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

  • All purchases are final

  • Editing of the video is not allowed - including filters and editing apps

  • Upon purchase, you are agreeing to not share the video file with other cast members or parents. If other parents/cast members would like access to the video, they need to purchase them via this order form below. I greatly appreciate your help with this :) 

  • Videos will only be available for purchase as a flash drive, which can be viewed on computers, most TVs, and most DVD & blu-ray players that have a USB port. If anyone absolutely needs the video available on a blu-ray disc for a blu-ray player, please contact the videographer directly via email - info@oxleypics.com - to inquire and for order/payment info.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Starting NOW - Pre-Sale Flash Drive Pricing:

    • $25 (Venmo or Zelle)

    • $28 (PayPal)

  • Starting May 5 - Flash Drive Pricing increases:

    • $30 (Venmo or Zelle)

    • $33 (PayPal)

  • May 19 - all orders are due by.

  • Week of May 29 - Final flash drives are available for pickup (at Oakton HS via the Drama Department). info@oxleypics.com will email all purchasers when the flash drives are ready. 

STEPS ABOUT PAYMENT TO REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER FORM:

  1. Select your item(s) below and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the ORDER FORM.

  2. If you are paying via PAYPAL, continue on to the next page (which pops up after you "Submit" the ORDER FORM) and continue with payment.

  3. If you are paying via VENMO or ZELLE, submit the ORDER FORM below and ignore the next webpage; then, go to Zelle or Venmo and submit your payment.

You will need to download and print the form and then deliver the form and check in an envelope in-person to the Oakton Drama Dept. or to the videographer.

REMINDERS:

VENMO - for those who are paying via Venmo, please submit this order form and then make payment directly on Venmo to @Keelyn-Mitchell.

ZELLE - for those who are paying via Zelle, please submit this order form and then make payment directly on Zelle to Keelyn Mitchell (search the phone # 386-837-4264 on Zelle).

PAYPAL - for those paying via PayPal, after you click 'Submit', you will be directed to PayPal to pay.
